BAKER AND SCONE

息子の日本語補習授業校の音読大会の帰り前々から気になっていたお店に立ち寄りました。
                     

 

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

 店内はホワイトを基調としたインテリアで統一されていてカワイイもの好きの女性の心をくすぐります。店名から焼き菓子専門店なのかなとは想像していましたがなんとスコーン一筋のお店。スコーンだけでお店をやっていくからには相当の自信作なのでしょうね、期待が膨らみます。
形がまちまちのガラスキャニスターには淡い色合いのリボンがかけられて本当にお洒落でカワイイ。レジ横にはカウンターがあって間近でスコーンづくりを見ることが出来ます。

　

 

 

 

 

お食事系のスコーンはトマト・リーク・ゴートチーズ。

店内にはイートインスペースもあって、みなさんこれと紅茶を楽しんでいる様子。

 

カワイイパッケージのLøv Organicの紅茶も売られています。

 

 

 

 

 

 

あまり時間がなかったので、今が時期のルバーブとストロベリー、そしてバターミルクバニラスコーンをテイクアウト。どちらも層がしっかり出ていてサクサク。かなり美味しかったです。

今度はゆっくりお店で楽しみたい。

We went to the  BAKER AND SCONE today in toronto.

The inside of the shop is unified white .

 It is so stylish and cute more than I expected.

They only sell homemade scones, I'm sure they're so confident with the taste.

Scones are packed in glass cotainers wrapped with pastel colored ribbons.

They make scones themselves just beside the counter so we can see those clearly that is so exciting.

 

 

Today's scone is tomato, leek and goat cheese.

Most of the customers are enjoying the scone and tea.

 

 

I had no time to sit so I bought a strawberry-rhubarb scone and a buttermilk-vanilla scone.

They are both tasty and flaky.

I wish I had a time to enjoy.
