NY Style Cheesecake

                               補習校も夏休みに入り、ようやく試合に出れるようになりました。

冷蔵庫の整理をと思い立ってすぐできるのがNY Style Cheesecake。

簡単で美味しい、とってもアメリカらしいレシピ。

 

I made a NY Style Cheesecake for cleaning up my fridge.

It's so simple and delicious which really stands for American Receipe.

 

 

 

 

 

オリジナルレシピはクリームチーズ、サワークリーム、生クリームですが

サワークリームがなかったのでグリークヨーグルトを。

 

The original main receipe for NY Style Cheesecake is cream cheese

sour cream and fresh cream.  But I added greek yogurt instead of

sour cream.

 

 

 

自家製ブルーベリーソースを添えて。

I added a home-made blueberry sauce.
