Heirloom tomato tart

　　　　　　　　　　　　なんとなく白ワインに似合うメニューが思い浮かんで・・・

                                     I hit upon a menu which really matches white wines.

 

 

 

形が色が不思議なHeirloom　Tomatoを使ったタルト。

タルトに使ったものはカットすると花の形に見えて可愛らしい。

もう１つはキャラメライズオニオンとアンチョビ・オリーブのタルト。

 

 

As for the heirloom tomatoes, there are a lot of varieties.

    The shapes are so unique. The cross section of the tomato looks like a flower.

I made a heirloom tomato tart and a caramelized onion tart with  freshly grinded parmesan cheese.
